"The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times." — Psalm 12:6
We believe the Authorized Version 1611 — the King James Bible — is the perfectly preserved Word of God for English-speaking people. This is not merely a preference or a tradition; it is a conviction rooted in the scriptural promise that God would preserve His words for every generation.
God promised to preserve His Word. The KJV stands on the Received Text — the Textus Receptus — the text used by Bible-believing Christians for centuries. Modern versions are based on corrupted Alexandrian manuscripts that omit and alter thousands of words. Entire verses are removed. The deity of Christ is attacked. Salvation by grace alone is obscured. These are not minor differences.
Our final authority in all matters of faith and practice is the King James Bible, AV 1611.
